Ginger Red Rueben

Ginger plants include a large number of species in several genera in the Zingiberaceae family mostly tropical perennials originating in Southern and Southeast Asia. The leaves of these plants are usually lance-shaped or oblong, deep green, and glossy. Flowers vary greatly from one genus to another, but are usually red, orange or yellow.
